Resolutiion Joins Pegasus Program, Now Available in the Microsoft Marketplace

September 30, 2026

Microsoft customers worldwide can now discover and deploy Resolutiion through Microsoft Marketplace, accessing trusted solutions that accelerate innovation and business transformation with unified integration across Microsoft products

LONDON, United Kingdom - September 30, 2026 - Resolutiion today announced the availability of its Commercial Conflict and Delivery Risk Platform in the Microsoft Marketplace, the unified online destination for customers to buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet their business needs. Resolutiion customers can now discover and deploy trusted solutions through Microsoft Marketplace, with smooth integration and streamlined management across Microsoft Azure and other Microsoft products.

Resolutiion is now a member of the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus program, which pairs high-potential companies with Microsoft’s technology, co-sell support and go-to-market resources. Through the program, Resolutiion is investing in deeper integration across Microsoft products and, as its roadmap develops, plans to bring its commercial conflict and delivery risk capabilities into the tools customers already use every day, including Microsoft Copilot.

“Commercial conflict is one of the most significant and least visible drivers of cost and delay in modern organisations,” said Fayola-Maria Jack, CEO of Resolutiion. “Making Resolutiion available in Microsoft Marketplace means customers can bring our platform into the Microsoft environment they already work in and act on commercial risk early, with far less friction. It is an important step in getting this capability into the hands of the teams who need it.”

“We’re pleased to welcome Resolutiion to the Pegasus Program and have them available on the Microsoft Marketplace,” said Cyril Belikoff, vice president, Microsoft Azure Product Marketing. “Marketplace connects trusted solutions from global partners with customers worldwide, making it easy to find and deploy apps that work seamlessly with Microsoft products.”

Commercial conflict, the friction that builds between what was agreed and what is actually delivered, is one of the most significant and least visible drivers of loss in modern business. Around one in six commercial relationships experiences serious conflict, where it increases cost, delays outcomes and elevates risk. The systems most organisations rely on, such as ERP and supplier management, were built to store documents and record activity, not to detect delivery tension or to act before the lowest-cost window to resolve an issue closes.

Resolutiion solves this. Powered by OctaviaCore®, its agentic commercial operating system, the platform surfaces early risk signals across complex commercial relationships and takes action on them, giving procurement, commercial, programme and operations leaders the visibility to act with pace, insight and confidence. According to Resolutiion’s analysis, enterprises lose £50–90 million for every £1 billion in contracted revenue, most of it during delivery rather than at signature. Acting on that friction early turns loss that would otherwise be written off into recoverable financial impact.

Resolutiion brings 100s of data points including commercial documents, delivery communications and performance data together securely within a customer’s existing Microsoft environment. Customers can deploy Resolutiion through Microsoft Marketplace with streamlined procurement and unified management, gaining visibility of commercial risk across their portfolio without adding new silos to their technology stack.

Microsoft Marketplace is a single destination to find, try, and buy trusted cloud solutions, AI apps, and agents to meet your business objectives. Choose from a growing collection of solutions tailored to your unique needs, available both in Marketplace and directly within Microsoft products.
