Training

Use of the platform is intuitive. We will however provide optional training to support users and facilitate a great experience on the platform. Training will be provided free of charge.‍

Mid-market company: £125,000 per annum, per Environment

Enterprise company: £225,000 per annum, per Environment

A company is an Enterprise if it has over 1,000 employees and/or over £1 billion in annual revenue.

An “Environment” is defined as a dedicated team space, for a single team. Environments enable the segregation of commercial activity between commercial  teams, ensuring the AI operates within the right context for sharper insights and more intelligent support.

Custom Builds

We can tailor your environment with bespoke AI capabilities. Each build will incur a one-off fee, based on the size of the build required.

Small Build (2 - 4 weeks): £10,000 

Medium Build (4 - 8 weeks): £20,000 

Large Build (8 - 12 weeks): £30,000 

Annual Price Adjustments

Charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, and payable annually in advance within thirty (30) days of invoice. Charges will be subject to an annual price adjustment. Charges will be reviewed annually, increasing by 8% plus RPI (as published by the ONS), capped at 15% per year. If RPI is negative, only the 8% uplift will apply.
